Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you 👋
Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us.
We invite you to read the advert below for our new Inventory Planner position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!
The role
As our Inventory Replenishment Planner (12-month Fixed Term Contract), you'll play a pivotal role within our UK/EU Product Supply team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless and timely movement of finished goods and packaging from our storage hubs into our EU Distribution Centres, as well as managing our rework programme. Working closely with our Production Planning team, you'll help deliver our promise of 100% finished goods availability by ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time to keep our customers happy.
Primary point of contact for Third Party Logistics sites across the UK & EU: Act as the main point of contact for three 3PL partner sites across the UK and EU. You'll proactively communicate stock movements, coordinate inbound and outbound activity, and manage rework planning - while being the first port of call when operational issues need resolving.
Plan and execute rework across the UK & EU: Work closely with the Production Planning teams and our external logistics sites to plan and co-ordinate rework across the UK and EU to ensure we remain in stock of RTD, Bundles and mixed boxes.
Rebalance finished goods stock between UK & EU: Monitor stock levels across all sites and maintain a forward-looking plan to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time - before it becomes a problem.
Build Strong Relationships: Develop collaborative, trust-based relationships with internal teams - particularly Production Planning and Logistics - as well as external warehousing and logistics partners, so that finished goods move efficiently and reliably across the network.
Problem-Solving: Proactively troubleshoot daily operational issues - from delivery delays and stock discrepancies to warehouse bottlenecks - and see them through to resolution. No two days at Huel look the same, so we need someone who can think on their feet and adapt quickly.

Experience: 2+ years in supply chain planning, preferably in production/materials planning or logistics within the FMCG sector, with a relevant degree.
Detail-Oriented: Highly organised with a focus on execution; nothing falls through the cracks under your watch.
Problem-Solving: Comfortable with ambiguity, you can clearly demonstrate how you have taken ownership of difficult analytical and planning challenges and driven them through to resolution.
Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities and exceptional communication across teams and with external partners. Able to present recommendations clearly using simple slides that can be understood by all stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills, with the ability to interpret ambiguous situations using data and calculations in innovative ways to clearly explain routes forward.

We are Hueligans
We know diversity isn’t just important... it’s essential. It makes us stronger, sharper, and better at what we do. At Huel, we’re about people, not just sustainable nutrition - real people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
We celebrate what makes each of us unique and we actively bring together Hueligans from all walks of life. Because whilst we share the same 7 values, it’s our differences that power our thinking, challenge our ideas, and help us build better products for a global community.
Belonging matters here. So does fairness. We want every Hueligan to have the opportunity to thrive, contribute, and be heard - no matter where they come from or what path they’ve taken to get here.
We don’t just welcome diversity of thought…we go looking for it!
