We believe that great talent deserves a thoughtful and thorough interview experience, so we’ve structured a multi-stage process designed to identify top performers while ensuring they resonate with our values.

Talent Team Introduction
After you apply, our talent team will review your application. If there’s a potential match, they’ll schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your experience, location, salary expectations, and notice period.
Meet the Hiring Manager
You'll have a 60-minute interview with the hiring manager to discuss your skills and how you can contribute to Huel’s mission. We recognise that interviews can be challenging for some, so to ensure we don’t overlook any top talent, we ask all candidates to complete a job-relevant task designed to highlight your abilities.
Meet some Hueligans
A 30-minute meeting with some existing Hueligans. This is where you’ll have the opportunity to learn all about life at Huel and ask any of those tricky questions you might not want to ask your potential manager!
Meet our Senior Leadership Team
A short 30-minute interview with a member of our Senior Team, offering you a broader perspective on the company’s vision and culture.
Once this is complete we will usually have a decision for you within 48 hours. If this is to be extended for any reason we will give you prior warning.
Our hiring process might take a bit longer than others, but there's a good reason for that. We're really proud of the team we've built at Huel, and we’ve set the bar high for future team members. We want to make sure it’s the right fit for both you and us in the long run.

Depending on the Huel workspace you visit, parking and transport options may vary.
Global HQ, Tring: With over 156 parking spaces, you're welcome to use one of them.
Milton Keynes, Factory: Parking is available here too!
Birmingham, UK (Digbeth Centre): Our Birmingham, UK office is based in Digbeth centre, so parking isn't as accessible. Our team have access to a very limited amount of parking bays, but if we can accommodate you on your chosen interview day then we certainly will, but please give us plenty of notice.
London and New York City Offices: As these offices are located in city centres, parking isn't available, but both are a short walk from local train stations, and we offer bike storage if needed.
