Non-Conformance Resolution: Investigate and resolve supplier non-conformances with corrective and preventative actions to prevent re-occurrence.
Technical Support: Provide expert guidance on ingredient specifications and technical enquiries for both internal stakeholders and co-manufacturer enquiries.
Supplier Performance: Track and report supplier KPIs to drive continuous quality improvements. Lead the team on supplier KPI reporting.
Supplier Auditing: Conduct audits and site visits of supplier manufacturing facilities in line with Huel’s internal raw material audit standards

What we're looking for in you
This role is a great fit for someone with at least 1–3 years of experience in a quality assurance/food technologist position within the food industry.
You’ll need to have worked with food safety/quality within the food and drink sector.
A bonus will be some knowledge and understanding of legislative requirements within the UK/EU/US but this isn’t essential.
Strong organisational, project management, and delegation skills
A positive, energetic and can-do attitude and an appetite to get stuck into a variety of projects at once
And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best.
