The role

We're looking for an excel obsessed Supply Chain Systems Executive to join us to take ownership of our internal supply chain system - Anaplan. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and implement new Anaplan models while consistently reviewing and enhancing existing models to ensure that our planning processes remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with our business goals.

This role is a unique blend of technical understanding and business insight. Here's an insight into your day to day: 

• You will delve into the world of supply chain and enterprise resource planning, leading the design, development and implementation of Anaplan to support our business planning and forecasting processes.
• Regularly review and align system functionalities with the company’s strategic goals, suggesting improvements or changes to enhance efficiency and support growth
• Contribute to the development and implementation of system enhancements and
  upgrades, participating in project teams for the rollout of new features or improvements; includes managing and integrating data within the planning system, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and helping generate reports and insights for business decision-making
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues; collaborate with the IT Operations Team to provide timely resolutions to minimise disruption to business operations
• Act as first-line support for business users of Anaplan, supporting (and sometimes
  delivering) fixes to keep the system running like a well-oiled machine
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of system documentation and Huel-specific training materials; provide training, guidance and support for Anaplan users across the business to help them get the most out of the system
• Work closely with external partners and vendors, such as software providers, to ensure effective system integrations and collaborations that align with business needs
• Work with our Information Security team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all system processes and assist in maintaining system security to protect company data and intellectual property
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business planning systems, actively seeking opportunities for professional development

• We're not looking for someone with Anaplan experience ( although if you have it is a huge bonus!) What we're looking for, is someone with a keen passion for using ERP systems or Excel. We'll train you up in Anaplan and send you on user courses. 
• You'll be used to handling large data sets and be someone who enjoys creative problem solving.  
• You will be an intermediate or advanced-level user in Excel. 
• Ideally, you will have prior supply planning or business analysis experience.
• You will be skilled in managing, integrating, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within systems and aptitude for understanding stakeholder needs and pain points.
• Finally, you'll have experience in working collaboratively in a team setting, including liaising with external partners and vendors and a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in a fast paced, dynamic work environment!
