The role

Being primarily an e-commerce business, Site Optimisation is critical to our growth! To ensure we continue that growth we are now looking for a new Site Optimisation Manager to join us. You will be responsible for driving forward our digital experiences for our customers, ensuring revenue growth, new customer stickiness and customer retention from our websites. Here's an insight to your day-to-day:

• Own the continuous improvement of our customer journey and be accountable for improving funnel completion across our UK and international websites
• Own the strategy for cross-sell and up-sell within the user journey and use this to improve AOV
• Work with UX to create optimised user journeys for new and returning customers based on their behaviour
• Effectively deliver impactful AB tests and work with product, trading and engineering to implement
• Gather user feedback and actively work to remove customer pain points in the purchase funnel
• Work with our Performance Marketing, Retention and SEO teams to optimise sales funnels and landing pages by traffic source
• Manage our daily, weekly and monthly website reporting through a web analyst, ensuring that stakeholders are clear on success measures and performance

• This role will best suit someone with around 3 years + of experience working within site optimisation
• Experience with Contentsquare, Heap, and ThoughtSpot would be a major advantage, but not a requirement!
• Bring a strong analytical and commercial background
  
• This is a great opportunity for someone to lead the Optimisation of our new website basically from scratch! We’re looking for someone that has the confidence and ability to make key implementation decisions for the website
