We want to hire the best talent the market has to offer, so we have a few stages in our interview process to make sure that we pick the right talent, and that the right talent picks us.
For anyone who successfully passes the screening call with our talent team, you'll be invited in to one of our offices to interview. Here's a loose guide as to what that process might look like:
Stage 1: 60 minute interview with the hiring manager
Stage 2: 30 minute interview meeting the team
Stage 3: Meeting our founder, Julian Hearn.
This isn't set in stone. Depending on the role you've applied for it may get shuffled around a little bit, but we hope it gives you a bit of an idea as to what you can expect.
