We encourage a growth mindset. No one is too good or too old to learn, and whilst we have a thorough recruitment process to ensure we hire the best talent, we embrace a learning culture.
Everyone in our business is an expert in something and what better way to learn than from within? We hold monthly Huel Academy sessions for people to drop in and either learn something new or brush up on old skills 📚
We've teamed up with Self Space to offer our Hueligans free unlimited access to therapy. We know that life and work can throw us a curveball, so whenever they need it, our Hueligans have access to free 1:1 therapy with a professional.
Since we launched our partnership with Self Space we've had just over 61% of our Hueligans book a session! You can read more about our stats here 💚
We encourage our teams to share their success as much as we encourage them to share their challenges. That's why we created 'All Hueligans'.
Bi-weekly we hold a company-wide meeting with all of our Hueligans around the globe. It's a chance for everyone to find out what other departments have been up to, and see how we are all aligning with our broader strategy. It's hosted by our CEO James McMaster, and at the end of it, the floor is opened up for any suggestions or questions 🎤
