Our People team works behind the scenes to shape inspiring, inclusive workplaces where creativity, big ideas and high performance can thrive. From attracting and supporting brilliant talent to keeping our growing community of Hueligans engaged, they focus on creating the right balance between working hard, having fun, and taking time to recharge.

The People team makes sure our values are embedded into everything we do. They shape our culture, guide how we work together, and ensure every Hueligan is empowered to be their best self, and rewarded fairly for it.

They’ve helped build a high-performing environment where individuals and teams can do their best work and reach their full potential. We want our people to head home each day proud to be a Hueligan, just as proud as we are to call them one.

All Hueligans

We encourage Hueligans to share challenges as openly as successes, which is why we run All Hueligans.
Every two weeks, our global teams come together for a company-wide update hosted by our CEO, James McMaster. It’s a chance to see what’s happening across the business, stay aligned with our strategy, and ask questions or share ideas openly.
Self Space & Better Help

We’ve partnered with Self Space and Better Help to give our Hueligans free, unlimited access to professional therapy. Life (and work) can throw curveballs, so whenever support is needed, our team can book confidential 1:1 sessions with a qualified therapist.
Since launching the partnerships, over 61% of our Hueligans have booked a session, something we’re incredibly proud of.
Huel Launchpad

Huel Launchpad is our unique induction experience, designed by the People team for every new Hueligan. It’s a one-week immersive onboarding that brings our mission, values, culture and products to life from day one.
Built around a strong growth mindset, Launchpad helps new starters feel connected, confident and ready to hit the ground running, setting the tone for our high-performance culture and long-term success.

A Day In The Life Of

Working at Huel is genuinely inspiring.
