IT Systems & Projects

Our IT & Projects team keeps Huel connected, secure and running smoothly every day. From supporting our global teams to maintaining the systems that power how we work, they make sure everyone has the tools, access and technology they need to do their best work.

As a cloud-first business, we operate primarily within the Google ecosystem, using a mix of Mac and Windows devices across the company. The IT team is at the heart of this setup, providing frontline support, maintaining systems, facilitating meetings and ensuring our workspaces (both physical and virtual) run seamlessly.

This team plays a key role in shaping and improving how technology supports our people. It’s a collaborative, fast-moving environment where learning, ownership and continuous improvement are encouraged, and where IT has a real impact on the day-to-day experience of every Hueligan.

Our IT & Projects team is split into four core areas, here’s a snapshot of the other three and the work they do.

Information Security

Our Information Security team safeguards the cloud-based technology that powers Huel. Operating in a security-first, cloud-native environment, they protect our data, systems and customer trust while enabling the business to scale safely and securely.
Working closely with Engineering and IT Operations, the team designs and drives our security strategy, leads risk management and compliance, and stays ahead of evolving cyber threats. It’s hands-on, high-impact work at the heart of a fast-growing digital business, where smart security enables innovation.
Automation & AI

Our Automation & AI team is reimagining how work gets done at Huel. Sitting at the intersection of technology and operations, they design and build AI-powered workflows that remove manual effort, speed up processes and unlock smarter ways of working across the business.
This team turns real business problems into practical automation, connecting systems, experimenting with new AI capabilities, and shipping solutions that teams actually use.
Projects

Our Project Management team turns big ideas into reality. They lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across the business, from new market launches to major operational projects, bringing structure, pace and clarity to everything they deliver.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, they manage risk, drive progress and make sure high-impact projects land successfully.
