Digital & Performance Marketing
Our Digital & Performance Marketing team is responsible for how customers discover, experience, and engage with Huel online. From driving growth through paid channels to optimising the on-site journey and building long-term customer relationships, this team blends data, creativity, and technology to deliver measurable impact. Working closely with Brand, Product, Data, and Growth, they make sure every digital touchpoint works harder and smarter as we scale globally. The team brings together four specialist areas:

Performance Marketing
The Performance Marketing team drives growth by making sure Huel is found by the right people in the right places. They manage and optimise paid channels including paid search and paid social, combining hands-on campaign execution with analytics, testing, and creative strategy. As a data-first team, they use insight and experimentation to scale performance efficiently across markets and deliver measurable impact.

Digital Trading
The Digital Trading team focuses on maximising performance across Huel’s D2C experience. They own on-site trading, merchandising, and optimisation, using data and insight to improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience. From launches to always-on optimisation, they ensure the site is commercially sharp, customer-focused, and performing at its best.

UI/UX Designers
The UI/UX team shapes how customers experience Huel across our digital platforms. They design and optimise user journeys that are intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused, balancing customer needs with commercial goals. Working closely with Product, Trading, and Performance teams, they turn insight and testing into experiences that feel simple, seamless, and unmistakably Huel.

CRM
Our CRM team builds meaningful, long-term relationships with Huel customers. Through email, push, and lifecycle communications, they deliver personalised, timely journeys that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty. Using data and testing to guide decisions, they make sure the right message reaches the right customer at the right moment.
