We want to hire the best talent the market has to offer, so we have a few stages in our interview process to make sure that we pick the right talent, and that the right talent picks us.

For anyone who successfully passes the screening call  with our talent team, you'll be invited in to one of our offices to interview. Here's a loose guide as to what that process might look like:

Stage 1: 60 minute interview with the hiring manager

Stage 2: 30 minute interview meeting the team

Stage 3: Meet a member of our Senior Team.

This isn't set in stone. Depending on the role you've applied for it may get shuffled around a little bit, but we hope it gives you a bit of an idea as to what you can expect.

We know our interview process is longer than most, but we have good reason. We're really proud of the team we currently have, and they've set the bar high for future Hueligans. 

Our interview process has been designed for us to truly assess your skillset and fit for Huel, but it has also been designed to allow you to assess if we suit you.  We know Huel isn't going to be for everyone and that's ok.

We have the multiple stages as we don't feel either side can truly know if they match in just one 60 minute interview.

We know interviews aren't everyone's strong point, so to help ensure we don't miss out on top talent, we ask all of our candidates to conduct a task. But don't worry, we've made them fun & relevant for the role you have applied for!

Suits, ties and formal dresses isn't our style here at Huel. Jeans and leggings, t-shirts and hoodies, trainers or boots, it's all welcomed here!

That depends on what workspace you visit. 

Our Global HQ in Tring, UK has over 156 car parking spaces, so you can borrow one of those. Our new manufacturing site can also accommodate parking.

Our Birmingham, UK office is based in Digbeth centre, so parking isn't as accessible. Our team have access to a very limited amount of parking bays, but if we can accommodate you on your chosen interview day then we certainly will.

Our London and New York City offices are based right in the city centres, so we can't accommodate parking however they are both a short walk from local train stations, or we can store your bike for you.

If you haven't already seen, we love dogs! We even have our own K9 department, but sadly they can't join your interview.  

All of our K9 department have supplied official paperwork to our People team to be able to visit the office daily. We want to protect our doggos and we'd hate for any one of them to get sick.
