Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Operations Executive to join our Procurement team to support our material sourcing, taking ownership for a portfolio of ingredients and ensuring that we’re sourcing at keen prices, from reliable suppliers who share and uphold our core values.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing spend and availability for a portfolio of ingredients and packaging materials
  • Defining the category plans for your materials, ensuring that we can meet the needs of the business with regards to cost, availability, and sustainability of the things we buy
  • Negotiating the best costs for the materials in your portfolio
  • Ensuring our suppliers are suitably robust and can keep up with Huel’s demand; implementing risk mitigation plans where required
  • Managing our suppliers to get the level of service required, protecting availability for our customers
  • Working closely with the Demand Team to ensure we have appropriate material availability, and helping to resolve supply issues as required


  • 2 or more years of buying experience, preferably in a grocery retailer or FMCG business
  • Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Super communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and strong work ethic are essential
  • Flexibility will be key, everyone wears a lot of hats and requirements change all the time
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, take responsibility, and get the job done
