We have a customer strategy that puts our community at the heart of everything we do and we are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join us at our HQ in Tring, Hertfordshire to support our journey to becoming the world's No.1 brand in complete nutrition and work on one of our priority and fast-growing markets, Japan.


This is a unique and exciting role as we are for looking for someone who has the ability to come in and manage a broad range of tasks ranging from marketing across our channels such as performance marketing and social, packaging adaptations. This person will also be trained in talking to customers directly on our key customer facing channels such as social media and email. To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate working flexibly and will have a positive attitude to multi-tasking priorities in workload. What you’ll be doing

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Translating content into Japanese and uploading onto our Japan site(s)
  • Writing new content for ads, website(s) and amplifying across Japan platform(s)
  • Proofreading, and requesting changes for product and marketing copy as produced by our partners in Japan
  •  Working as a liaison between our Japanese Customer Service team and our HQ Product Experts to ensure that Japan customer needs are fully serviced
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels in order to raise brand awareness, drive sales and customer loyalty (e.g. Social channels)
  • Drive engagement and brand advocacy with both new and existing customers
  • Conduct some analysis and reporting to ensure maximise effectiveness
  • Help ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communications

Customer Experience Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the Huel ethos of exemplary customer service in a providing tailored solutions to all inquiries
  • Providing timely communication with customers via email or phone or live chat, regarding pre-sales inquiries, returns, and order processing
  • Keeping up to date with new product launches and nutritional values
  • Becoming an expert of our social channels, and engage with our customers maintaining Huel’s tone of voice
  • Collaboratively work alongside our distribution partners and other internal departments to resolve customer queries
  • Developing your knowledge of our products, and the overall market, to provide authoritative advice and insight to customers and colleagues
  • Creatively surprise and delight new and existing customers on a case by case basis
  • Continuous feedback on how we can improve our customer journey
