Innovation Marketing Manager

As we continue our exciting journey as the global leader in complete nutrition, we have huge ambitions for our NPD pipeline and are looking for an Innovation Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a vital and exciting role leading the development of our NPD pipeline from identifying customer insights, product opportunities and delivering strategies from concept through to launch.

Our Innovation Marketing Manager opportunity is a newly created opportunity, which will work closely with our Founder, and our Marketing Director and the wider NPD team based at our HQ, Tring, Hertfordshire.

What you will be doing/responsibilities.


  • Product obsessed, talking and listening to our customers - Identifying what are the latest trends and richest opportunities for our product pipeline
  • Early idea creation - developing prototypes alongside our NPD team, testing and learning to see what does and doesn’t work
  • Pipeline development and prioritisation - juggling multiple projects, what to do and when with a commercial focus to deliver revenues over a 2-5 year time horizon.
  • Best-in-class product launches - including marketing development of concept, product, packaging, pricing and marketing launch plan

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Conceptual & creative thinking with a track record of spotting opportunities and creating great ideas that have driven real value in the FMCG market.
  • Proven track record of developing different NPD projects, ideally within high growth innovative fast-moving brands - minimum 4 years
  • Championing an innovation operating framework including test and learn, exploring and development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace & fluid environment - We work differently to most corporate machines
  • Brilliant at working across lots of functions and people, inspiring & mucking in
