Head of Organic Growth

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Organic Growth to lead our strategy on organic acquisition channels globally. We are one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and are genuinely changing the way people think about traditional foods with minimal impact on the environment and animals.

Working alongside our Founder, Julian Hearn the Growth Hacker will lead on growing our customer base via subscriptions and using any other channels that can make a real difference!

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Improving our growth metrics and conversion rate optimisation via testing different channels, landing pages and creative platforms

  • Creating engaging content ranging from video and managing the projects from ideation to execution

  • Managing affiliate and partnership channels

  • Running A/B tests

  • Creative and entrepreneurial in your ways of growing a user base

  • Using social media channels, paid ads, display and search

  • Analysing the competitor landscape and growth strategies

  • A digital marketing guru!!

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you must ideally have:

  • Experience of working in growth & digital marketing position within a start-up environment.

  • Experience across multiple channels including search, display and social

  • Must have a proven track record of success in a growth role

  • Understanding of working with metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR and Conversion rates

  • Experience around Google Analytics, CRM, Email Marketing
