Customer Experience Executive - Japanese speaking

Job description

We are looking for a superstar to join our rocket ship business and support in all things Japan across Marketing, Customer Experience and Operations. Enthusiasm, intelligence, and strong work ethic are essential, but experience is not. 

 

Flexibility will be key because in startups, everyone wears a lot of hats and requirements change all the time. You will get hands on experience in all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

 

  • Drive engagement and brand advocacy with both new and existing customers
  • Day-to-day contact for external agencies & freelancers for relevant projects
  • Conduct some analysis and reporting to ensure maximise effectiveness
  • Help ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communications
  • Support Japanese contents review
  • Liaise with operation team and logistics partners to ensure the orders gets sent out smoothly
  • Customer support (via email, voice & live chat)
  • Support on social media and proactively engage with customers

Requirements

  • Native Japanese with business level English
  • UK working permit holder/ Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Proactive and fast learner
  • Previous customer service, marketing related experience is preferable but not essential
