Working within the CRM team, you will need to have both a creative and technical mindset. The ideal candidate will be organised with a great eye for detail to maintain the highest quality standards while working under pressure. You will be working alongside a team of experts to deliver global marketing campaigns, keeping Hueligans updated about our latest products, launches and current trends in nutrition.


We’re interested in speaking to a range of experience levels, from recent graduates to senior marketing or CRM specialists. What’s important to us is that you thrive on understanding consumer behaviour and taking action to influence that of our Hueligans and are hungry to make a big difference in the world at Huel!


Responsibilities

  • Deliver weekly global marketing campaigns - alongside our CRM Manager and industry leading team

  • Coordinate creative campaign copy - with copywriters

  • Localise campaigns - liaise with internal and external resources to translate Huel’s campaign content into a growing number of languages

  • Use data - to deliver a relevant, targeted and personalised CRM experience

  • Support new markets - nurturing them to their full potential

  • Help drive growth - scope out opportunities to help grow our contactable customer base while developing our global marketing plan

  • Work with a wide range of teams - including nutrition, operations, social and customer experience, in a dynamic and open environment to deliver the highest standards of customer experience

  • Analyse campaign performance - against KPIs to make improvements

  • Work on creative assets - when required; think Photoshop and After Effects!

Requirements

  • Experience within a marketing or CRM environment (from an industrial placement at University to three solid years of industry experience, we want to speak to you!)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • The ability to work fast under pressure while maintaining the highest level of quality

  • A key eye for design: a sense of what makes a great looking campaign

  • A technical mindset: curious about the workings of a global set up

  • Analytical thinking, great at reviewing data and spotting trends / opportunities

  • Knowledge of relevant KPIs - open rate, CTR and engagement rate (desirable)

  • Knowledge of what good creative copy looks like (desirable)

  • Knowledge of acquisition and retention (desirable)

  • Experience working with design software such as Photoshop and After Effects (desirable)
