The role
Huel’s US Retail business has exploded over the past year, with national listings secured in major retailers and more exciting partnerships on the horizon. To keep pace with this growth, we’re looking for a digitally-savvy and resourceful Retail Marketing Coordinator to support Huel’s growing US retail business. You’ll work closely with the US Retail Marketing Manager to ensure we show up brilliantly across major retail partners – both in-store and online – including Target, Costco, Amazon, and more.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll help pull together campaigns, manage execution, and keep things moving across multiple stakeholders. It’s perfect for someone eager to grow, with a strong digital instinct and a “get it done” attitude.
No day-to-day is ever the same at Huel, but here's an insight into what you can expect to get up to:
Campaign & Trade Marketing Support
- Support planning and execution of trade and shopper marketing programs across key accounts.
- Coordinate the briefing and delivery of shopper campaigns (e.g., TPRs, Roundel, Costco MVM, Instacart).
- Help create and manage sell-in decks, sell-through tools, and trade materials (sell sheets, displays, shippers, shelf talkers).
- Liaise with brokers, account managers, and retail partners to share plans and ensure timely execution.
- Support in-store activations (sampling, POS, field team requests) by coordinating logistics and creative assets.
Retail & Digital Campaign Coordination
Manage the US retail campaign calendar, ensuring alignment across sales, creative, performance marketing, influencer, and CRM teams.
Assist in optimizing ecommerce listings on Amazon, Costco.com, and Target.com (copy, imagery, structure).
Coordinate creative and asset delivery for launches, promotions, and retailer milestones.
Brief internal teams (design, copy, influencer, performance) to deliver digital and retail assets.
- Pull together reports and help analyze campaign performance to inform future activity.
What we're looking for in you
This role is a great fit for someone early in their career, ideally with exposure to consumer packaged goods, direct-to-consumer, or digitally native brands (think food, wellness, or healthy beverages). You might be a recent marketing graduate bursting with passion, or perhaps you’ve gained experience through an internship or brand ambassador work. You’ll also ideally have :
- Some exposure to both digital marketing and retail, with an understanding of how online levers drive in-store sales.
Be organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Strong communicator (written, visual, verbal) and comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Digitally fluent, with knowledge of ecommerce platforms, paid/owned channels, and campaign delivery.
Commercially minded, curious about how marketing activities impact sales and shopper engagement.

💸 A competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience
🕖 Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.
