The role

As we accelerate our expansion across the US, we are in search of an exceptional Supply Chain Associate to enhance our team. This pivotal role goes beyond mere logistics and raw material management; it is a cornerstone of Huel’s supply chain strategy.
You will have the critical responsibility of ensuring seamless efficiency, both internally and for our external manufacturing partners, through meticulous oversight and management of our raw materials storage partnerships.

• Managing 3PL Partners & Suppliers - periodic communication with our co-manufacturing network &  ensure our hub WMS System is up to date with new suppliers and materials, as well as ensuring smooth integration between this and Netsuite.
• Time management - ensure our shipments are managed timely and effectively, flagging any issues to our material planners for resolution.
• Receipts and Invoices - you will complete and approve these for inbounds to and from our 3PL's, Netsuite is our ERP system, experience using this would be advantageous!
• Month end - You will carry out month end stock value reconciliation, stock takes and assist in financial investigations.
• Availability - You'll be overseeing material availability, shelf life, manage inventory adjustments, disposals and relabelling at our warehouses to ensure all changes are reflected in Netsuite.

• This role will best suit someone who is a recent graduate or someone who has had at least 2 years of experience within logistics, inventory management or a similar role. Huel is fast-paced and things can change quite quickly, so we need someone adaptable and ready for a challenge!
• We don’t expect everyone to know everything. We are just keen for individuals who are enthusiastic to learn, work hard, and are real team players. We're a rocket ship here at Huel, meaning you’ll have every opportunity to grow and expand your knowledge.
• You have proficient experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Communication skills will be key, with so many different moving parts and different time zones, it's vital everyone knows exactly what is going on and when!
• A passion for change and continuous improvement will go a long way. To keep up with life at Huel you will be someone who is able to manage multiple priorities and of course knows how to have fun too!

💸 A competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience

🕖 Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.
