At Huel we have customer strategy that puts our community at the heart of everything we do. It's vital we are able to keep up with providing a 5* service to all of Hueligans and to help with this we are now looking for a witty, entertaining and passionate Customer Experience Executive to join our team servicing the Swedish market 🇸🇪!
Day to day you'll bemaintaining the Huel ethos of exemplary customer service in providing tailored solutions to all enquiries from new and existing Hueligans via email, phone social media or live chat. You must maintain Huels tone of voice across your interactions and especially with social channel responses! We’re casual and chatty with a sprinkle of sass when it comes to social! We like to encourage our Customer Experience Executives to let their own personality shine through so bring your best self✨!

What we're looking for in you
To take your honourable place within our Customer Experience team you’ll need to be fluent, both written and verbal, in Swedish 🇸🇪. Our Customer Experience executives aren't just a bunch of process- focussed robots. They genuinely care about our Hueligans and always look to go above and beyond at every opportunity so you'll need to have a genuine appreciation of the impact world-class customer service has, and the desire to deliver at an industry-best standard. It's important to note that this role is based at our Huel HQ in Tring, Hertfordshire. There are 4 shift patterns you would be working across. Our earliest shift starts at 7am and our latest shift finishes at 6pm. There would also be an expectation to work roughly 1 in every 5 weekends.

Huel was founded by Julian Hearn back in 2015 in the small town of Aylesbury in the UK 🏢. Fast forward 6 years and we are now sold in over 150 countries worldwide with 3 offices in the UK and 1 in NYC🗽!
2021 was one of our most successful years so far. We reached sales of over £100m and we grew by 43%! We almost doubled our headcount from 110 to over 200 employees, and we launched a number of innovative products, including our delicious plant-based Mac & Cheeze, and our new Protein Bars!
We're super proud of what we've achieved in just over 6 years and we have no plans to slow down🏃🏻📈. We've got an About Us page that explains in lots more detail exactly who we are, why Huel was started, and how we're changing the game, but for now, we think we’ve said enough!
