We're looking an entrepreneurial minded, performance obsessed super-star to drive our Polish strategy, defining and delivering it to increase customer relevance to our target audience in Poland🇵🇱. Shorter term, you will be all over trade and commercial development, monitoring Poland's performance and leading analysis turning insights into actions. You will wear a lot of hats, working with the cross functional teams to drive and deliver the day to day performance of the Polish-speaking market🎩.
This role will be based between our HQ in Tring and our London office (London Bridge) with our performance marketing team.

What we're looking for in you
This is a broad role where you will partner with a range of teams to drive Polish performance. We don’t expect everyone to know everything! We are just keen for individuals who have a good understanding of how to drive performance across the business and an entrepreneurial mindset to do things better💡
Working on the Polish market, you will be a native level Polish speaker who keeps up to date with whats happening locally to be able to make strong recommendations to the business🇵🇱. You will be someone that is inquisitive, with knowledge of how businesses work and what drives performance. You will know about paid social as well as PPC campaigns, including key metrics such as conversion, CPA and CPM. To help deliver the strongest social ads to resonate with our Polish customers alongside our internal creative teams, a creative eye will be key. Data is important to this role so you will also be comfortable digging into data and setting up reports.
You may be straight out of University with experience of setting up your own business or someone who has a few years of experience with an agency. Either way, we want to hear from you🎉!

Huel was founded by Julian Hearn back in 2015 in the small town of Aylesbury in the UK 🏢. Fast forward 6 years and we are now sold in over 150 countries worldwide with 3 offices in the UK and 1 in NYC🗽!
2021 was one of our most successful years so far. We reached sales of over £100m and we grew by 43%! We almost doubled our headcount from 110 to over 200 employees, and we launched a number of innovative products, including our delicious plant-based Mac & Cheeze, and our new Protein Bars!
